Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FitMyJD, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitMyJD. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you give FitMyJD a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing analysis, scoring, rewriting, and download features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload personal information about other people without their permission, or any content that violates applicable law.

FitMyJD offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay in INR. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes.

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for already charged periods unless required by law.

While using FitMyJD, you agree not to:

• Use the service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service's APIs.
• Share account credentials or create multiple accounts to avoid limits.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service for others.

The FitMyJD name, logo, design, and software are owned by FitMyJD. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission. AI-generated resume suggestions are provided to help you and do not transfer any ownership of our platform or models to you.

FitMyJD is provided "as is" to help improve your resume and job applications. We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, job offer, or any specific outcome.

AI-generated content is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking every suggestion before using it in an application. We recommend verifying all employment history, skills, and achievements yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMyJD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you used the free plan.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
