Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide the resume-to-job-description analysis and account services:

• Account information: email address, name, and phone number (if provided).
• Authentication data: profile information from Google Sign-In, when you choose that login method.
• Resume and job description: the files and text you upload for analysis and rewriting.
• Analysis history: past match scores, generated suggestions, and downloaded documents.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.

We use the data above to:

• Generate resume-to-JD match scores and improvement suggestions.
• Rewrite or recreate your resume sections using AI.
• Let you revisit and compare past analyses.
• Process subscriptions and renewals.
• Send essential service emails (password resets, payment receipts, account alerts).

We do not sell your resume content or personal information. We do not use uploaded resumes to train shared AI models.

FitMyJD is built on Lovable Cloud, which provides managed backend, database, authentication, and storage services. Lovable Cloud supplies the infrastructure and platform security controls; FitMyJD is responsible for how we configure and use those services within the app.

Resume files and analysis data are stored in the backend database and storage service managed by Lovable Cloud. Authentication is handled by the platform's identity service, with Google OAuth available as an optional sign-in method.

The following third-party services help run FitMyJD:

• Lovable Cloud: backend hosting, database, authentication, and storage.
• Google OAuth: optional sign-in provider.
• Razorpay: payment processing for subscriptions.

Each processor handles data only for the purpose it is integrated for. We do not share data with additional advertising or data-broker platforms.

We do not use third-party analytics cookies or tracking scripts. We use only the essential cookies and tokens required to keep you signed in and secure the app.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so you can access your analysis history and downloads. If you delete your account, we remove your resume files, job descriptions, and analysis records within 30 days. Some payment records may be retained for accounting and tax obligations in accordance with applicable law.

You can:

• Delete uploaded resumes and individual analyses from your history at any time.
• Request a copy of your account data.
• Request account deletion and data erasure by contacting us.
• Withdraw consent to Google OAuth by removing FitMyJD from your Google account permissions.

We use the platform's built-in authentication, row-level access controls, and encrypted storage to protect your data. If you discover a security issue or vulnerability, please report it to us instead of disclosing it publicly.
